We ship from Dubai (DXB / Jebel Ali) worldwide via air and sea freight. Standard incoterms are FOB Dubai or CIF destination port. All shipments are fully insured and tracked door-to-door, with dedicated freight forwarders in Chile and across LATAM.

Stocked SKUs: 5–7 business days to dispatch, plus freight (7–12 days air, 28–35 days sea to LATAM). Private-label production: 6–8 weeks from artwork approval, plus freight. Rush production is available on request.

Every shipment includes commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin (Dubai Chamber attested when required), MSDS / dangerous-goods declaration, phytosanitary or health certificates where applicable, and airway bill or bill of lading. We support consular legalisation on request.

Opening orders: 50% deposit, 50% before dispatch, via wire transfer (USD or AED). Established partners qualify for open terms (Net 30 / Net 45) after a review period. We accept T/T, and letters of credit for larger orders.
